Registration Rules
- Student registration takes place on the assigned dates as published by the
Registrar’s Office. Students are expected to respect and abide by the posted
dates. Late registration is subject to a late registration fee for regular students.
-
New students, remedial students, transfer students, cross-registration
students, and returning students – after one or more semesters of absence –
are exempted from the late registration fee.
-
No student is allowed to register after the Late Registration Period. A petition
is to be submitted to the council concerned for any exception.
-
Students must complete all prerequisites for a course to be able to register
and enroll in that course.
-
No student may enroll in a course with an incomplete grade in its prerequisite.
The grade of the prerequisite must be a passing grade.
-
Students have the right to petition the College Council for an exception to be
made.
- In order to avoid any delays in graduation, students are strongly advised to
follow the four-year program as scheduled in the program course offerings.
Upper level courses are not offered in every semester and students are asked
to consult the College Council concerned.
Students are free to register in any course offered provided they fulfill the
prerequisites.
