This course represents an important step toward managerial and personal success in an era of rapid change and development. The course aims at providing students with a thorough explanation and exploration of management concepts and practices across all management functions. It covers management theory, role of the manager in modern business, research, and practice. The course includes a rich collection of contemporary real-life examples and cases.
