ACC 321 : Tax Accounting

Prerequisites: Senior Standing, ACC 301

This course examines in depth the laws of taxes, the taxation of business transactions, and the preparation of tax returns. It also covers income taxation with emphasis on taxation of individuals and corporations and the ethics of Income Tax Accounting. It discusses the impact of tax structure on business decisions, research methodology, tax planning, and ethical considerations of tax practice.
