Overview: This course is relevant to all employees in all organizations. Managing time effectively is a crucial skill that needs to be understood and developed. This course provides employees with many tools that will assist them in learning how to prioritize their workload, schedule their daily responsibilities and duties, and establish short and long term objectives. The ultimate goal is to maximize productivity through effective time management.
Participants will also acquire skills in how to set priorities, make decisions, manage paperwork, and improve their communication skills.
